What data we process and why
When you register, use the contact form or place an order, we may process your name, company name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, tax details and order history; while you use the site, we may process your IP address, browser information and cookie data.
We process this data to manage memberships and orders, show prices and product information, issue invoices, arrange delivery, respond to requests and complaints, comply with legal obligations and keep the site secure, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Your data is shared only as far as necessary for these purposes with shipping companies, payment providers, accounting service providers, authorised public authorities and Wix.com, which hosts our website. Because of this hosting service, your data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye.
Your rights and contact
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing.
