The nessy.com.tr website is operated by Nessy Elek. Hizm. Kozm. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. By using the site or registering as a member, you accept these terms. Nessy may update these terms without prior notice; the current version is always published on this page.
Membership, prices and orders
Prices are shown only to logged-in members. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account details and for keeping their account secure.
Prices, stock availability and technical specifications may change without notice. Colours and dimensions in images may differ slightly due to screen and production variations. An order is final once confirmed by Nessy; in the event of an obvious pricing or stock error, Nessy reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Intellectual property and disputes
Logos, images, texts and designs on the site belong to Nessy or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Customers are responsible for holding the rights to any brands and logos they use in designs created with the Assembly Studio.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes; the rights of consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are reserved.
